We ship within the EU and North America.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge – regardless of order value or quantity.

3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 5 – 8 business days.

In rare cases, delays may occur (e.g. due to high demand or logistical issues with the shipping provider). In such cases, you will be informed accordingly.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

After a successful order, your purchase will be processed and shipped within a short time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information if available.

5. Partial Deliveries

If items from an order are not available at the same time, we reserve the right to ship in partial deliveries. No additional costs will be charged for this.

6. International Shipping Note

For deliveries outside the EU, additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
