1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store of mavisra by consumers and businesses.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable).

The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made worldwide / within the EU (adjust as applicable).

The delivery time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on the product and destination country.

If products are unavailable or delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed accordingly.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise this right, a clear statement (e.g. via email) is sufficient.

In the event of a withdrawal, payments already made will be refunded once the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

7. Returns

The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations.
